A Message from Leisa Rackelmann | President

The Executive Board of CTA would like to announce our upcoming Corrections Technology Association 13th Annual Technology Summit scheduled for May 20th – 23rd, 2012 in Daytona Beach, Florida. The theme for this year’s Technology Summit will be Corrections Technology: on Track for Success. Consistent with our theme, the CTA Board is structuring a program that will be extremely relevant for Correctional Administrators, Corrections Chief Information Officers, and also for technology staff from all areas of Criminal Justice and Corrections.

CTA seeks to provide a forum for exploring technology solutions to correctional problems through workshops presented within the following three tracks – Innovative Cross Jurisdictional Data Sharing (Corrections/Justice/Public), Implementation Initiatives/Lessons Learned, and Solving Correctional Problems with Innovative Technologies. Our Technology Summit will feature workshops to demonstrate innovative and proven technologies such as video visitation, multi-agency data sharing initiatives, and automated inmate entitlements tracking.
